EIC (exited position): The fund now trades at a 27% NAV discount and yields 15%; NAV plus $1.66 of dividends has remained roughly stable since June 2025, while floating-rate BB CLO assets and rising rates support dividend coverage despite two prior cuts, and buybacks may help narrow the discount. After a 19% loss including dividends, a repurchase in tax-free accounts is likely after the 30-day wait, but not on expectations that the discount closes.
