BRC.V (hold): Blackrock Silver trades at just 15-16% of Tonopah West’s US$1.5B post-tax PEA NPV near spot prices despite a 123Moz Ag-equivalent resource at 460 g/t, US$190M upfront capex and US$17.44/Ag Eq. oz AISC. Step-out drilling extended the Denver corridor 600m, although sub-1m widths disappointed some investors; 14 pending holes could add evidence. The project remains PEA-stage, with underground access targeted for 2H27 and a BFS in early 2029.
