BTKi cohort builds with 71% overall response rate - Imugene Limited
IMU.AX (update): Imugene’s off-the-shelf CD19 CAR-T, azer-cel, combined with continued BTKi therapy, achieved a 71% ORR in seven evaluable BTKi-progressed patients, supporting Cohort 3 as a potentially important commercial pathway in a difficult-to-treat population. Across Phase 1b, ORR is 75% in 55 patients. Continued Cohort 3 data is the near-term catalyst, but efficacy must hold as enrollment approaches 20 patients; dilution reduced rNPV from $0.24 to $0.16 per share.
