Leonardo (LDO Italy): Defence electronics leads
LDO.MI (update): Leonardo’s Q3 should extend its operational improvement, led by defence electronics as higher activity and operating leverage lift margins across Europe, DRS, Hensoldt and MBDA. First-half book-to-bill was 1.6x and management retains its €1.37bn full-year FOCF target, although order timing should normalize and IDV’s seasonal Q3 cash demands may initially obscure better conversion elsewhere.
