Portfolio Update: Innoscripta

1INN.DE (hold): Innoscripta’s offices were searched in an investigation into whether employees helped customers obtain ineligible research tax benefits, triggering a share-price drawdown of more than 50%. The shares were held pending facts rather than sold in panic. Innoscripta later said the matter concerns individual-customer applications, at least one connected employee has not worked there for several years, no FY2026 transactions are affected and operations continue; scope, financial impact and reputational damage remain unresolved.
