EMVC.L (monitor): EMV Capital’s 1H26 did not resolve the key cash question: consolidated operations consumed £637k, while estimated core burn was roughly £0.15m and awaits a clean post-deconsolidation test in 2H26. Core revenue rose 9% and AUM reached £117.5m. Against a 47p share price, the modeled FY29 base-case adjusted NAV is ~188p, but going-concern uncertainty, illiquidity and the absence of a major exit remain material.
