OPmobility (OPM France): A boost to Lighting
OPM.PA (update): OPmobility’s €390m acquisition of Hyundai Mobis’ lighting business adds nearly €1.6bn of profitable 2025 revenue, transforming its much smaller, slightly loss-making Lighting division and broadening its footprint across Asia, Europe and North America. Management says financing will not derail debt reduction, but Hyundai and Kia account for more than 90% of the acquired business, while the H2 2027 closing leaves substantial program-protection and five-plant integration risk.
