Kontron (KTN Germany): Growth targets unchanged
KTN.DE (update): Kontron maintained its 2030 targets of €2.6bn revenue and €420m adjusted EBITDA. Its €2.75bn backlog includes significant multi-year business, while growth is expected from defence, 5G, FRMCS and proprietary software. Ennoconn cooperation may add procurement and commercial opportunities, but slower FRMCS deployment, weaker traditional industrial and GreenTech performance, delayed deliveries and poor first-half cash flow increase execution demands. Capital allocation is shifting toward dividends as Ennoconn’s 48% stake makes buybacks less attractive.
