EXO.AS: Exor reported roughly €1.2bn of asset sales and committed €500m to a buyback expected to retire 3.5% of capital at current parameters. Pro-forma NAV is about €167 per share, versus a 57% market discount. Further buybacks may be possible, subject to regulatory constraints, but Lingotto’s opacity, Ferrari concentration and fear of a major new ~€4bn commitment continue to weigh.
